Why hello there!
Ever been REALLYYY hungry but nothing's in the kitchen?
Well this you lucky day, because I will share my very easy sweet recipes that will satisfy you hunger!
*photos are not mine but I garante that I've done all these recipes*
This recipes are proved to be much more than delicious, so don't worry!
PANCAKES
Very easy, don't even need measurements cause when I tried using them, they totally failed me
ingredients:
1 egg
flour
sugar
milk
baking powder
oil (for the pan)
Okay, so the first thing is to crack an egg inside the bowl add 3 tablespoon of sugar and then mix (you can use a whisker or a fork either way it's okay!!)
After it's all well mixed up you can add the milk. I usually put like 1 tablespoon and a half but this depends on how many you wanna make so you decide!!
Whisk it together and then add the flour. My advice is to add a tablespoon, mix and repeat until the mixture is dense but not too dense, like a liquidy dense!
Lastly add the baking powder! About half a teaspoon is enough!!
To cook them use a pan pour a bit of oil and let it pre-heat for five minutes or so.
Then, pour the mixture into the pan, you can choose how much, I usually do a tablespoon!!
when the bubble start coming up on the surface of our pancakes it's time to flip them and let the other side cooks.
And voilà, pancakes are done!! You can add sugar on top or nutella, syrup or anything you like but they are just as good by themselves!!
MUG CAKE
I know you saw soooo many on Tik Tok and probably not even one of them worked but trust me this one will!!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoon of sugar (if you have a sweet tooth you can add a bit more!)
2 tablespoon of oil
6 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoon of cocoapowder
half teaspoon of baking powder
Very easy, add all the dry ingredients than the liquid ones, mix and put in the microwave for 30 seconds!
(From personal experience PLEASE don't add nutella, the cake will explode and your microwave will be a brown mess)
CHOCOLATE SALAME
This is an italian sweet made especially for the carnival, PERFECT for summer!!
Ingredients:
dark chocolate (it really has to be dark guys but I promise it will be extra sweet)
150g of sugar (I always put a bit more just to be safe)
butter, like 1/4 of a 125g block, more or less
dry cookies ( a lot btw, around 150-200g
15g more or less of cocoa powder because chocolate is never enough
a bit of milk (usually around 2 or 3 tablespoon)
Okay first thing first melt the chocolate and the butter together so we make it faster!
in a bowl add cocoa sugar and then add the chocolate (
use almost all the chocolate bar) and butter previously melted.
use almost all the chocolate bar) and butter previously melted.
mix it together and add a little bit of milk. REMEMBER the milk has no measurements cause it depends but the mixture can't be too liquidy so be careful!!
Now the best part: smash the cookies like it's your worst enemy and add it to the mixture. It's time to get our hands a little bit dirty, mix it together, take a plastic wrap where you lie the mixture and shape it like a salame, and then wrap it all around. Off it goes to the fridge until it is not sticky anymore (you can put in the freezer too and it'd take less ;)
Pro tip: wrap it one more time with aluminium wrap so it doesn't take any smell from the fridge!!
Before you say that it's difficult, it's actually pretty esay, I do them allll the time, believe me.
It would be best if you guys had a muffin pan but if not you can use cups or make a cake instead! The mixture is the same, I checked don't worry!!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
230g flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
30g cocoa powder
155g/160g sugar
180g milk
70g oil
5 drop of vanilla essence (not essential at all, I used it once)
You can also filled them with nutella, but if you decide to do so you have to freeze some nutella ball first!!
Ok so here we need two bowls because we are gonna mix the dry ingredients and the liquid ones separately and mix them together in the end, before transfering the mixture into the muffin pan. Yeah that's about it.
My tip is to mix the dry ingredients in a bigger bowl and the transfer the liquid ones in there to make it easier
You can also add chocolate chips inside and at the top before baking, of course
baked with a fanned oven preferably at 180° celsius for 15 minutes!!
This page will be updated every time I try a new easy recipe, stay tuned!!
If you have any quetsion about the recipe I'd be more than happy to answer, don't hesitate to comment all your doubts!!! ★★
