crew girl - love triangle or not?

 So this new series was released on Netflix: Crew Girl.

Of course I binge-watched the whole serie and I have A LOT to say. The weirdest think you'll hear me say today will be that I'm not feeling the love triangle, nor the love if I have to be completely truthful.

Apart from the romance, Crew Girl tells the story of this girl that has a passion for rowing but she has to move out and transfer in a new school with no girl rowing team, and that's when the serie really starts.

 Recently (and by recently I mean yesterday) I came across an artist I used to listen to, a couple of years ago: Halsey. She was one of my favorite artist for quite a while and since now bad at love is trending again, I decided to relisten to some of her songs and boy, it was strange

I don't know why I had this feeling but it made me think.

Not gonna lie to you guys, I already bought a cd of hers because I found out I still love her and her music very dearly and therefore, she deserves to be in my cd collection.

9 august , Daisy Chain Fields festival had taken place and it was magical But not everyone knows the whole story there's much more to unravel. It actually all started in the '90 the lilith fair festival, created by Sarah Mclachlan unfortunately this festival only lasted a couple of years however it left a huge mark , it made history and a movie: lilith fair building a mistery this is where Daisy Chain Fields comes from as Chappell Roan referred to it once, lilith fair's sister

live music is slowly dying

In how many bars/pub did you go with live music there? Not so many huh?

This is why I really think that live music is dying. And when I say live music I don't mean concerts in stadiums or arenas where only singers with a certain follow can perform, I'm talking about bars and pubs with niche singers that are trying to make a living through their passion, this is what it's now becoming only a fever dream. I seriously don't remember the last time I saw a band a singer ina bar or a pub and before you say that I should go in the right spot at the right time more than 25% of UK pubs closed since 2001.

But why did they become so rare?

dear summer...

 I'm not the biggest fan of summer, not even remotely, if we're being honest. I just like it because there's no school and I get to finally do what I want, dedicate all my time to my hobbies.

I had the best fun this summer but I can't wait for fall to come. Wearing sweaters brown and yellow leaves falling and that light breeze in your hair announcing the season. I am soo ready to say goodbye to mosquitos the unbearable heat and needing to go out with a mini fan or else I'd faint.

Honestly, summer was fun until temperatures got over 30° Celsius, now I don't even have the courage to get out in this heat.

So dear summer, I know it's merely our fault if I don't like you now.

being a hopeless romantic

 I am an hopeless romantic. I dream the type of love showed in all the rom-coms and Disney movies I've seen and in al those swoony books I read and I know it's a fantasy, an idealistic way to see love, but I can't help it, especially since we can't really imagine something that truly doesn't exist at all. When we imagine something there's always even the tiniest bit of a true, existing thing.

So do I think it's possible to find this type of love? Yes.

Is it almost impossible and has the lowest chances of happening? Also yes.

 So I've been thinking: why did we decide one day that we had to settle in one place, have a family and a repetitive job? Why do we have to follow a routine for our entire life? I wanna live my best life and being rooted to one place will not help but block this desire. Before even thinking about starting a family I want to see the world each tiny little corner about and live my life because I never want to regret any of my choices.

I feel like a lot of people gave in to this type of life but why we always invent and create trying to always do better but never thought of changing our mindset and lifestyle? I know that it's difficult and we're talking about changing traditions and cultures but isn't it the time?

Just imagine: someone notice your je ne sais quoi, they tell you you would be perfect as a model, it was never on your plan but you try out anyway for your best friend's sake. They choose you and now you're a model for one of the best stylist in the entire mode industry, unfortunately you will sacrifice something on the way up, but you'll find a hidden passion too. How long would you survive in that industry?

I'm gonna be honest with you, this is a serie plot so there's nothing to imagine, we can just watch it.

This is Geek Girl, a serie you can watch on Netflix that I think it didn't really get the hype it deserved so I'm gonna try and change that.

journaling: how to make it FEEL yours

You want to start journaling but you don't know what to write about or you get bored of it after a week or two? This blog post is for you!! Today I'll explain how I got out of the never ending cycle of wanting to journal but don't know how to! I'm talking from experience. I really wanted to start but never even got the chance to. If you are just in this situation right now it's probably because you are brainwashed to think that journaling is writing in an aesthetic way with lots of colors and stickers which may be true for someone but the world is beautiful cause it's various and not everyone journal like that and I'm here to help you find your own way of journaling!

Childhood!!

How many times you insulted your younger self for saying that you wanted to grow up? Personally one too many times. I miss being a child without a care in the world just napping and playing all day.

While I don't think that I wonder how different I would've been if I watched other cartoons and movies. Maybe not that much, but I'm more than sure that it influenced me in some type of ways, so today I'm practically psychoanalyse my favorite cartoons as a child!
